It would be stupid to live in Bobruisk and never visit OJSC “FanDOC”. What am I talking about? I'll explain now. Нам, students and teachers of the boarding school were lucky enough to visit the enterprise as part of a decade of career guidance “Your Path to Success”. I would like to clarify, that OJSC “FanDOK” is the head of our school and actively takes part in the lives of children with hearing impairments.
Upon prior request, we were given the go-ahead. And here we are at the walls of the plant, where we were met by a friendly and sweet woman - Marina Valentinovna Ovsyanik, Deputy Director of OJSC "FanDOK". In the beginning, as expected, We received a safety briefing, issued special clothes. And only after that our excursion began.
Marina Valentinovna took us straight to the plywood, and then to the furniture workshop. Note, that the area is very clean, because it’s nice to even just take a walk. In the workshops we got acquainted with the technological processes of production from raw materials to the finished product. It wasn't just the schoolchildren who were impressed, but also teachers. Everyone literally touched the real process of making furniture. Many of us are seriously thinking about working in an enterprise., since our children’s parents work for OJSC FanDOC. This company provides its employees with decent wages., comfortable working conditions have been created, social guarantees are provided, and also organized an interesting cultural and leisure life. Finally, I would like to thank the administration of OJSC “FanDOK” for such an informative and exciting excursion and the opportunity not only to learn dry facts, but also to see it live, how people work in an enterprise.
