The performance of the pupils of education institutions was held on the basis of the House of Culture of the Enterprise "Universal Bobruisk" public association "Belarusian Society of the Deaf". Art groups from Bobruisk took part in the zonal round, Bobruisk, Gloussky, Osipovichsky, Kirovsky, Klichevsky districts.
The festival is held at the initiative of the Ministry of Education. Its goal is the spiritual, moral and aesthetic development of children with the characteristics of psychophysical development, promoting their socialization and full integration into society.
The qualifying tour took place in two directions: Artistic creativity and decorative art. Participants presented their creative work, sang songs, They read poetry, represented choreographic numbers, Pantomima, staging, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.
